Responsibilities: Client Communication • Attend all phone appointments provided on time. • Make all inbound/outbound calls with sellers through Consultants CRM on a recorded line. • Build rapport and determine the motivation of the seller. • Determine repair costs and make offers to the Seller using the Dream Box Program A through D process. • Establish which program best fits the seller’s needs. • Send Seller selected offer/s in writing. • As needed, facilitate the entry of the seller in a drip campaign within the CRM to launch an appropriate follow-up plan. • Communicate all information throughout the process effectively. Contract Management • If the seller accepts the offer, assign and forward it to the client immediately to execute. • The contract must be completed and uploaded immediately to the cloud-based Google Drive and a link placed within the project management tool and CRM. • Notification must be made immediately to all relevant parties via project management tool, phone, text, email, or other means. Team Communication • In all communications, speak professionally and with respect and kindness. • Communicate with all staff in a timely and thorough manner. • Attend all team meetings provided. Qualifications: Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone System Requirements: • High-Speed Internet and backup ISP • Ethernet wired connection • USB headset • At least 5 Mbps Upload/Download speed • At least an i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300x Processor • At least 8 GB Ram • At least 250 HDD Compensation: $50,000 - $225,000 yearly
