Job Duties: Case Management Facilitates psycho-educational and behavior modification groups/education sessions Documents participants attendance, participation and progress in files Ensures that participants records are accurately completed in a timely manner Performs other duties as assigned (Assessments, Planning Treatment and Professional Development) Requirements Alcohol and Drug (AOD) Counselor certification recognized by the Department of Health Care Services or be registered with CCAPP or CADTP or other Certified Entity Must pass a background check Must have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Salary/Benefits DOE Part-time with possible Full-time Be willing to travel
