    Position Overview:
    The Plumber/Drain Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing systems and fixtures. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can troubleshoot issues effectively and deliver reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances both residential and commercial.
    - Conduct drain cleaning and unblocking services using a variety of tools and equipment.
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems to determine effective solutions.
    - Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on plumbing systems and drainage.
    - Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to understand plumbing layouts and installations.
    - Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear explanations of services and recommendations.
    - Follow all safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
    - Maintain inventory of tools and materials, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
    - Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
    - Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    - Valid plumbing license (state-specific) and/or completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program.
    - Minimum of 2 years experience as a plumber or drain technician.
    - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, local plumbing codes, and regulations.
    - Proficiency in using plumbing and drain cleaning tools and equipment.
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
