    WELLNOS/ Chiropractic Natural Care Center is now hiring an enthusiastic, compassionate, and hardworking Front Office for our Lauderhill and Ft. Lauderdale locations. We are currently seeking part time positive and energetic front office staff to join one of our busy clinics located in South Florida. The ideal candidates should have exceptionally strong customer service skills and a minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office.

    Front Office Coordinator/Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Greeting patients as they walk in/checking them in and out of the system

    Answering phone calls in a professional and pleasant manner

    Transferring calls and taking messages accordingly

    Entering patient information in the EMR system

    Assisting administrative and managerial staff with a variety of clerical duties as needed

    Required Education, Skills and Abilities

    Must have experience in a high-volume medical practice

    Medical front desk experience required

    Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    Pleasant and professional demeanor

    Excellent phone etiquette

    Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliances

    Ability to work full time hours, including some evenings and one Saturday per month

    Must have reliable transportation

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 20 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
