Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle phone calls and emails, answering questions and addressing concerns efficiently.
Collect and process payments, and verify insurance information.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient record management.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to serve our diverse Hialeah community.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
