    Are you organized, personable, and ready to be the first point of contact for a mission-driven organization? Bridgemark, Inc. is looking for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

    Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate sessions using our EHR.

    Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms, and ensure accurate documentation of client records. Transition paper documents into electronic formats as needed.

    Verify insurance coverage, process payments, address billing inquiries, and reconcile daily payment totals.

    Provide general customer service by attending to client needs throughout their services and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

    Support counselors by organizing group notes, managing communications, and maintaining office and clinical supplies.

    Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., DCYF, Drug Court, Probation) to facilitate client support.

    Uphold HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality standards, ensuring the protection of client information at all times.

    Manage additional front desk responsibilities, such as handling mail and ensuring the reception area is well-organized and welcoming.

    Qualifications

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

    Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers and scheduling software

    Excellent multi-tasking skills
