Summary
Easterseals’ Academy Front Desk Administrator/Aftercare is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to families, clients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the lobby and reception area and answering and directing all calls appropriately while having an excellent understanding of all Easterseals programming to effectively communicate with clients, families, and visitors. Administrative duties include assisting with general office support such as faxing, photocopying, correspondence, and special projects. Provide aftercare duties to students. Hours 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Qualifications
· Minimum of three years of proven administrative or customer service-related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Database Management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual a plus.
Responsibilities
· Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival; answer or refer inquiries.
· Answer incoming calls utilizing appropriate Easterseals SWFL greetings and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
· Handle aftercare duties.
· Following security and safety protocols, welcoming guests (visitors, vendors, etc.) entering the building and notifying staff of the individual’s arrival.
· Maintain an inviting reception area ensuring it is neat and organized to reduce potential safety hazards and enhance its general appearance.
· Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and collating as needed to support the organization.
· Comply with Easterseals policies and procedures utilizing the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and behavior.
