Tasks: • Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. • Possesses a solid knowledge of the property management system. • Make same-day and future guest reservations. Understand and follow cancellation procedures. • Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately. • Familiarity with room types, hotel information, possess sales skills to sell accordingly. • Resolves guests’ complaints in prompt and courteous manner. • Ensures customer privacy is protected. • Document incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately. • Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality Industry • Availability to work nights and weekends • Basic computer skills/computer proficiency • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills • Strong Customer Service/Hospitality skills Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
