Job Summary Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Downtown (or the “Hotel”) is seeking a Front Desk Agent who is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of Hotel services and promotions. This role is crucial to bringing the best guest experience by connecting and understanding the guest needs from arrival to departure. Front Desk Agent is expected to communicate well with the guests at the highest level of hospitality, integrity and a big “smile”.
Responsibilities
· Must be able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays · Continuous standing for the entire shift · Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, and responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner · Willingness to work at overnight shift is a plus · Prior experience related to IHG is a plus · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Strong multitasking and organizational skills · Excels at working in a collaborative team environment · Self-motivated, results-driven and detail oriented · Assist and work collaboratively with other teams such as maintenance / housekeeping / valet as needed · Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
