    Position Summary: Chirocare of Florida is seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, and preferably in a chiropractic office, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with our team, including the doctor and chiropractic assistant, to ensure smooth daily operations. Position will be 25-30 hours per week. Business Hours :

    Monday: 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM

    Tuesday: 11 AM – 2 PM

    Wednesday: 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM

    Thursday: 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM

    Friday: 9 AM – 12 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Interaction: Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.

    Patient Documentation: Upload and manage patient documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    Scheduling: Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and assist in coordinating the doctor’s schedule.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor and chiropractic assistant to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

    Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, managing patient records, and maintaining office supplies.

    Bilingual Communication: Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a medical office setting; chiropractic office experience is preferred.

    Bilingual in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools; experience with chiropractic software a plus.

    Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
