We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager / Inside Sales Rep.
Position Overview: The Front Desk & Sales Associate is a key position at Scenthound Meyerland/River Oaks, focused on selling memberships while providing exceptional service to every customer. You will answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, greet customers and their dogs, in addition to promoting memberships and products. This position has huge opportunity for growth while bringing fulfillment in your career. Most importantly, you get to love on every pup that walks through our doors!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Follow-Up: Reach out to existing clients to schedule regular appointments for dog hygiene and grooming services, ensuring their pets' needs are met.
Prospect Engagement: Contact potential clients who have shown interest in our services, providing them with information and booking appointments.
Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales skills to sell membership packages, upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to clients.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Database Management: Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
Collaboration: Work closely with our grooming, hygiene, and management teams to coordinate appointments and provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and/or inside sales, preferably in a customer service-oriented industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for dogs and a genuine desire to improve their well-being.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human!)
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior dog experience is a plus!
