We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager / Inside Sales Rep.

    Position Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager / Inside Sales Rep at Scenthound, you will play a crucial role in fostering lasting relationships with our clients and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with existing clients and potential clients to book appointments for our dog hygiene and grooming services. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in sales and/or inside sales who is passionate about dogs and their well-being to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Follow-Up: Reach out to existing clients to schedule regular appointments for dog hygiene and grooming services, ensuring their pets' needs are met.

    Prospect Engagement: Contact potential clients who have shown interest in our services, providing them with information and booking appointments.

    Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales skills to sell membership packages, upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to clients.

    Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

    Database Management: Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.

    Collaboration: Work closely with our grooming and hygiene teams to coordinate appointments and provide a seamless customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales and/or inside sales, preferably in a customer service-oriented industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Passion for dogs and a genuine desire to improve their well-being.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Ability to multi-task.

    Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
