    BASECK TRAINING, a brand new Lifestyle Performance Studio in Haddonfield, NJ, is looking for Member Experience Specialists to join our growing team! We’re a high-energy, in-person and virtual, circuit-based full-body workout designed to get our clients in and out in just 30 minutes. The best part? Our clients generate points during their workouts, which turn into donations to one of six amazing charities we’ve partnered with. The harder they work, the more we give!

    Details:

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

    Hours: Day & night shifts available, including weekends.

    Key Responsibilities

    Front Desk Operations: Efficiently manage the front desk, including greeting members and guests, managing check-ins, and providing information about studio offerings.

    Be friendly, energetic and helpful for all people that walk through our doors.

    First point of contact for prospect/member relations to assist with all requests/needs.

    Proper prospect hand-off to XM.

    Administrative support for all challenges & events for the studio.

    Offer ongoing support to members by scheduling sessions, answering program-related queries, and ensuring they maximize their studio experience.

    Sales & Administrative Duties: Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, updating member records, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Assist in the sales process by conducting studio tours when necessary, explaining membership options, and supporting new member enrollment.

    Monitor/answer all incoming calls with quality & consistent dialogue aligned with the approved script guideline.

    Monitor/manage all lead channels including but not limited to Social Media, Website Chat, Google Chat, Phone Inquiries, Walk-Ins, and others to respond where required.

    Actively engage with community members through organic social outreach for lead generation and general community involvement.

    Setup new leads in the systems, consult & answer any questions as needed, and book prospect into desired time slot for first session per SOPs.

    Execute proper first session protocol for all new prospects including the Intake process which includes deployment of the Intake Form, proper Welcome Process, tour if necessary, taking prospect’s photo, ensuring proper check-in, HR monitor setup, and other responsibilities per the SOP.

    Complete closing process including proper application setup and other setup requirements.

    Book member into initial assessments & Baseck Onboarding meeting.

    Confidently recommend products, supplements, & apparel to customers.

    Understand how to operate the POS system.

    Community Engagement: Actively participate in and promote studio events and community activities to foster a strong and supportive fitness community.

    Content Creation and Administration:

    Act as intermediary between studio and Social Media Marketing Agency by intaking, managing & delegating requests. (If applicable)

    Actively engage with community members & businesses by liking, sharing, and commenting on social posts.

    Actively record workout sessions, take photos of willing members.

    Feedback and Communication: Serve as a communication link between members, coaching staff, and management, collecting and relaying member feedback to help improve studio operations and member satisfaction.
