    Our canine guests are not just pets, they are family! At AAPR North Brunswick, we want to take care of our community’s pets with the highest quality care. Our resort has a dynamic team that works together to ensure the needs of our clients are met through compassion and knowledge.

    We are looking for positive, high energy, people with experience in running a very busy front desk operation. Experience with dogs in a daycare/boarding setting or Vet a plus.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Providing excellent standard of care for our guests and monitoring closely their health and wellbeing

    · Providing top-notch customer service

    answering phones

    making reservations for our customers

    providing information to our guests' owners and potential new customers

    · Overseeing and participating, in regular facility sanitization and cleaning, kennel and daycare duties (animal care; feedings, medications etc.)

    · Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures

    Required:

    -Some weekend availability.

    -Reliable transportation.

    -Physically able to perform all duties associated with the Kennel Technician Position, which includes:

    ·being able to work on your feet for lengthy periods of time

    · being physically able to lift, hold or restrain animals of all sizes and temperaments

    -being self-motivated and working well independently as well as on a team

    -having strong communication

    -hard working, punctual, and reliable

    Knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:

    -Time and task management

    -Problem solving and resolution

    -Basic computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office suite

    -Interpersonal skills with staff and clients and works well in a team environment.

    -Ability to think fast and multitask

    -Make decisions confidently and effectively.

    -Maintains professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.
