Job description
As a Front Desk Concierge at Salty Dawg Pet Salon + Bakery, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring that clients' appointments are scheduled appropriately, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Great clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the salon.
· Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
· Schedule grooming appointments, taking into account groomer availability and client preferences.
· Provide clients with information about our grooming services, pricing, and any special offers.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
· Handle client inquiries, concerns, or complaints with patience and empathy.
· Collaborate with the grooming team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
· Update and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Assist in managing grooming schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times.
· Promote and upsell salon services, retail products, and add-on options to clients when appropriate
