    Our client is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator

Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and ensure a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This role involves managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to help the spa run smoothly.

    What You Will Do

    • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa's booking system.
    • Manage client flow for a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
    • Provide clients with information about services, treatments, and promotions.
    • Maintain client records, process payments, and balance financial transactions.
    • Oversee retail inventory and merchandising while assisting with product sales.
    • Promote spa memberships, high-end packages, and upsell services.
    • Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms remain clean and organized.
    • Collaborate with staff to meet sales goals and assist with special events and promotions.

    What You Bring to the Table

    • College degree or equivalent experience in the spa industry (preferred).
    • 3+ years of high-end retail sales experience.
    • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a spa or luxury service environment.
    • Proficiency in computer scheduling and communication software.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
