    Our Client:
    Our client is a vibrant med spa located in downtown Sarasota, dedicated to transforming health care by focusing on overall wellness and nutrition. They aim to tackle common health issues, such as fatigue, poor immune function, and skin problems, by providing personalized strategies that enhance cellular health and hydration.

    The Position:
    Our client is seeking a qualified Front Desk Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing daily front desk operations, following up on sales leads, and promoting the spa’s mission. The ideal candidate will exhibit a balance of customer service, organizational skills, and sales acumen. Aesthetic appeal is essential, as the candidate will represent the spa's image and values.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary: $40,000 Per Year (May be Negotiable Depending on Experience)
    • Potential Bonuses

    Work Hours:

    • 10:00 AM To 6:00 PM, With the Possibility of Extended Hours for Late Clients
    • Firm Schedule: This is an in-person front desk position

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow Up Immediately with Leads as They Come into The CRM (All Aspects of the Program Will be Taught)
    • Follow The Script Provided for All Texting, Emails, And Phone Calls
    • Participating In Ongoing Sales Training to Learn the Organization’s Sales System
    • Build Relationships With Existing Clients To Uncover Opportunities For Cross-Selling
    • Daily Updating Of Textedly With Leads' Phone Numbers
    • Daily Updating Of MailChimp With Leads' Emails
    • Answer Phones, Manage Incoming Leads, And Handle Client Check-In/Out When Needed
    • Nurture Prospects Who Have Made Appointments To Reduce No-Shows

    Requirements:

    • Strong Computer Skills And Ability To Type Proficiently
    • Excellent Communication Skills And Common Sense For Screening Calls
    • Experience In Marketing Or Sales Is A Plus
    • Ability To Work In A Structured Environment in a Retail Setting
    • A passion for health and wellness
