Responsibilities: • Professionally and efficiently handle all incoming calls at the front desk • Ensure that every visitor is greeted with a positive and professional first impression upon their arrival • Keep the lobby, reception area, and conference rooms tidy and well-stocked • Manage the distribution of all incoming mail to the correct recipients • Provide essential support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as needed • Assist the legal team by organizing and filing client documents for easy access Qualifications: • Must have previous experience handling incoming telephone calls and resolving challenging situations effectively • Strong proficiency in customer service, interpersonal communication, organization, and time management is required • Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and fundamental computer competencies are essential • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory Compensation: $50,000+
