The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires full-time, in-office work for 40 hours per week. Our dynamic family law firm is experiencing rapid growth, and we are investing in building an exceptional A-Team. While training on our specific legal matters will be provided, we seek someone who can hit the ground running. This position is not suitable for those seeking their first professional job or an introduction to customer service. You will work directly with people, supporting the team and assisting our clients. Our goal is to help clients emerge from an emotional process feeling supported and empowered, knowing they have a dedicated team fighting for them. Responsibilities: • Professionally and efficiently handle all incoming calls at the front desk • Ensure that every visitor is greeted with a positive and professional first impression upon their arrival • Keep the lobby, reception area, and conference rooms tidy and well-stocked • Manage the distribution of all incoming mail to the correct recipients • Provide essential support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as needed • Assist the legal team by organizing and filing client documents for easy access Qualifications: • Must have previous experience handling incoming telephone calls and resolving challenging situations effectively • Strong proficiency in customer service, interpersonal communication, organization, and time management is required • Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and fundamental computer competencies are essential • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory Compensation: $50,000+
