    Job Summary: We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this role, you will:

    Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor.

    Manage patient check-ins efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

    Handle insurance verifications accurately to confirm patient eligibility and benefits before their appointments.

    Pull patient records or gather new patient information as needed.

    Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide helpful responses to patient inquiries.

    Ensure seamless communication between patients and our medical team by directing documentation via mail, fax, or phone to the appropriate parties.

    Maintain organized medical records and ensure accurate documentation, playing a vital role in the flow of our practice.

    Qualifications:

    Strong customer service skills – a positive attitude is key in our clinic.

    Excellent organizational skills – you’ll keep our front office running smoothly.

    Meticulous attention to detail – precision is critical when handling medical records and correspondence.

    Experience in insurance verifications is preferred to ensure patients are properly covered.

    Familiarity with basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite.

    Previous office experience is preferred but not required – we value a willingness to learn!
