Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist patients warmly and courteously • Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling both in person and over the phone • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently • Collect payments, copays, and deductibles, and address any inquiries regarding previous balances • Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage to patients. • Create and organize new records while maintaining existing files • Support the team by assisting with various projects, administrative tasks, and other clinic duties as needed • Ensure the front area is always tidy and organized Qualifications: • Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and responding to internal messages • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to work both independently to complete tasks and also collaboratively with team members while quickly grasping oral and written instructions • Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, effective verbal communication, and professionalism • Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Word, Excel, and Teams • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds for tasks like taking out trash and handling shred containers • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role is a plus! Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
