    Job Summary

    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The Front Desk Coordinator will help the patient navigate the aesthetic process and serve as a liaison between the patient and the provider. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, capable of multitasking, and must also have the knowledge and ability to explain and discuss our products and services with our patients.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the office

    Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls

    Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas

    Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals

    Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the office policies and procedures

    Perform Visia skin analysis and discuss with patient findings and possible treatment options, and being able to develop an individualized plan for the patient with the help of medical provider as needed

    Perform prep work and thoroughly clean and restock rooms as required

    Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or patients in the office that require attention

    Actively promote the office, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available

    Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously

    Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete patient satisfaction

    Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or patients in the office that require attention

    Possess ability to work without direct supervision

    Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

    Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the office

    Caring for linens and replacing in between sessions if needed

    Assist in all areas of the office operation as requested by management

    Position Requirements:

    Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

    Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

    Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

    Must be able to stand while administering treatments.

    Must be able to perform all esthetic treatments offered by CCMI

    Must be physically able to operate all esthetic equipment which includes beds

    Must be a team player

    Qualifications:

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

    Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers and scheduling software

    Excellent multi-tasking skills

    Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to work as scheduled and report to work on time

    Can stand or sit up to six hours per day

    Able to lift up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis

    Able to walk, stand, bend, climb, and crawl four to five hours per day

    Normal vision required, including depth perception, color perception, close inspection, and peripheral vision. Glasses or contact lenses may be used to ensure normal (20-20) vision

    Normal hearing is required, including ability to hear normal speech, hear on the telephone, and hear faint sounds

    Able to talk in person and or on the telephone

    Able to deal with stressful situations

    Able to deal with patients, and other staff members six to eight hours per day

    Ability to work effectively with others
