We are looking for a Front Desk Customer Service Expert to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries

Process payments and manage retail product sales

Ability to sell and upsell salon products and services

Ability to make and work with sales goals

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Assist stylists and salon manager with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience in a salon or similar environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in computer systems and salon software

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
