    Job Summary

    High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Front Desk team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

    Responsibilities

    Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact

    Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.

    Provide exceptional customer service to athletes, guests, and visitors

    Assist with athlete check-ins and registration

    Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility

    Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

    Qualifications

    Must be a high-energy individual.

    Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

    Ability to handle transactions with accuracy

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience working with children is a plus

    CPR/AED certification is beneficial

    Public speaking skills for addressing groups of athletes and guests

    Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
