    Job Description

    A front desk data entry clerk is responsible for accurately inputting guest information, and other relevant data into a computer system, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate records and adhering to established data entry protocols. Uses the Air Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking System (AFFIRST) to maintain individual customer records. Serves as the primary Record Custodian for Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC). Maintains M&FRC outlook appointment calendar.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer registration: Collecting customer identification, personal information, upon arrival and entering them into the AFFIRST.
    • Data verification: Double-checking entered information for accuracy to prevent errors and maintain data integrity.
    • Customer service interaction: Answering guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing basic information about the property and local amenities.
    • Administrative tasks: Maintaining front desk logs, filing documents, and completing daily reports.
    • Handling incoming calls: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.

    • Must have High School Diploma
    • Knowledge of Air Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking System (AFFIRST).
    • Knowledge of Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC).
    • Excellent typing skills: Ability to accurately input data quickly and efficiently.
    • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy to ensure correct data entry.
    • Skilled with Microsoft Office, Access, and Excel
    • Proficient with Outlook Calendar
    • Basic computer proficiency: multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
    • Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and format to accurately prepare and edit written correspondence and reports
    • Customer service skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
    • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.

    Additional Information

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
