Qualifications
- Customer Service -Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients
- Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and providers.
- Confidentiality - Understanding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy at all times
Responsibilities
- Verifying patient chart information is completed for schedule
- Entering patient data in electronic records
- Scheduling patient appointments as needed
- Check-in/Check-out patients
- Receiving and recording payments
Expected hours: 40 per week
