Responsibilities:
· Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests.
· Answer questions regarding treatments and technologies in detail.
· Assist guests and accommodate their requests.
· Answer phone calls and follow up with patients via phone and/or email.
· Schedule appointments in-person and by phone or email.
· Keep accurate records and maintain an organized environment.
· Follow up on new leads as required; meet weekly and monthly goals for lead conversion and scheduling appointments.
· Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done without being asked.
· Communicate with employees, providers, and senior management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center.
. Increase accountability, engagement, and foster creative problem-solving.
. Monitor performance, budget and develop strategies.
. Check-in with staff and communicate hurdles and needs weekly.
Requirements:
· Should have management experience working, ideally, in a medspa, spa, medical office/center, and/or salon
· Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics. Bonus points for existing knowledge
· Willing and excited to learn
· Must have student mentality
· Work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask
· Good work ethic and positive attitude
· Tech Savvy
