    Front Desk Sales Manager

    Location: Denver, NC (DHF-North) Reports to: General Manager

    Denver Health & Fitness (DHF) is a premier fitness club with two locations in Denver, NC. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven leader to join our team as Front Desk Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for the daily operations, sales performance, team leadership, and overall member experience at both DHF locations.     Key Responsibilities

    Operational Performance & Sales

    Oversee daily club operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.

    Drive profitability by increasing revenues and managing expenses.

    Lead and develop the Front Desk & Sales Team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Ensure club membership sales are tracking to meet daily, monthly, and yearly forecasts.

    Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall member experience and revenue growth.

    Strategically prepare the club for success every day by identifying opportunities for improvement.

    Continuously evaluate staffing needs, ensuring the right people are in place while maintaining cost efficiency.

    Leadership & Team Management

    Provide direct oversight for the Front Desk, Sales, Kids Zone, and Maintenance teams.

    Lead by example, embodying DHF’s Mission, Core Values, and culture.

    Ensure cohesion across all departments, working collaboratively with leadership.

    Manage the hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and scheduling of front desk and Kids Zone staff.

    Enforce DHF Policies & Procedures consistently and fairly.

    Foster a positive, high-performance workplace focused on continuous improvement.

    Commit to ongoing professional development (leadership training, roundtables, industry education).

    Participate in annual forecasting and business strategy with senior leadership.

    Club Operations & Member Experience

    Maintain professional and timely communication with staff and managers.

    Educate and enforce club policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

    Respond promptly to member concerns and issues, addressing challenges with professionalism.

    Ensure quality service by proactively engaging with members to enhance their experience.

    Maintain strong working knowledge of club systems, understanding operational dependencies.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Proven leadership experience in a fitness club or related industry.

    Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    Unwavering commitment to professionalism and accountability.

    A "whatever it takes" attitude—the hardest-working person in the building.

    Education & Certifications

    Experience in sales, customer service, and leadership.

    College degree preferred but not required.

    CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Position Details

    Full-time role requiring flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

    40+ hours per week expected—this role demands dedication and commitment.
