Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Manager at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Draper. Position is full-time, typically Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm with availability to work/cover shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Work/cover front desk shifts as needed
Train, motivate and coach front desk agents
Provide front office support including making front desk schedule, invoices, deposits, and ordering
Be punctual for all shifts and meetings
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school education or equivalent required
Previous hotel front desk experience, preferably Fosse
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of Front Office operations and procedures
Able to lead other associates effectively
Availability to work a variable work schedule
