    Forma Gym is seeking a professional specializing in Hospitality and Service for our Front Desk Manager position. The position will be based in Walnut Creek. As our Front Desk Manager, you will join a team of fitness professionals and coach your Front Desk team to engage and enhance the lives of our team members and club members. At our Front Desk, we're not simply checking in members, we're the face of the company and we get to welcome our members to the best part of their day. Our Front Desk Manager must participate in an active lifestyle and immerse themselves in all of the offerings of the club(classes, personal training, spa, etc). The number one priority and responsibility is to build lasting relationships with your team, prospective members, and active members to create life long memberships.

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    Hire, Develop and maintain a team that fosters a welcoming, friendly, and positive environment for our team, members, and guests

    Your team is the hub of information and you're expected to have comprehensive knowledge of all departments

    Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards

    Meet with all team members on a regular basis and continue to train and develop team

    Manage all team members schedule and ensure coverage when needed

    Engage in community outreach and participate in community events

    Practice a clean and safe environment for team and members

    Work directly with the sales team to increase new member sign ups

    High level multi-tasking in a high volume environment

    Ability to hold others and yourself accountable during day to day task

    Greeting and assisting members

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and Google Products

    Superior organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

    Oversee Cashier operations

    Oversee cafe inventory, procedures, and quality assurance

    Assist with special events

    Requirements:

    Must have minimum three years of customer service experience.

    Must possess, or acquire upon hiring, valid CPR certification.

    Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy, and time management skill.

    Must be available full time.
