Job Summary
Responsible for interacting with patients in a healthcare setting and managing administrative tasks for the medical team. Medical Front Desk Administrative staff are employed to facilitate communication and recordkeeping in the medical office. Their main role is to serve as a point of contact for patients before and after their appointment, work at the front desk or office area to manage communications with patients and clinical team. The Part Time Medical Front Desk Traveling Administrator will be expected to commute to different partner practice locations and is expected to handle all front desk responsibilities, from booking new patients, checking in patients and checking out patients.
General Responsibilities
· Plays a key role in representing the Company at our partner practice locations and with our patients at each location
· Travel to various medical office locations in New Jersey
· Develop proficiency with the Company’s Electronic Health Record system
· Handle communications with patients for both outreach and inbound inquiries
· Establish a professional and friendly relationship with patients, as well as, with internal and external clinicians to help drive positive patient feedback and drive patient volume growth at each location
· Schedules patient appointments
· Prints providers schedules for next day
· Helps patients fill out required intake forms
· Prepares new patient folders
· Confirms appointments by phone and/or text
· Notifying providers of patient arrivals
· Maintains filing system for all patient documents and reports submitted
· Answers emails and other electronic messages as required from patients and/or staff
· Ensures availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
· Calls patients when late beyond 15 mins
· Completes follow up calls to patients
· Spread sheets
· Solicits patients for reviews

Job Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills
Electronic Medical Records system experience
Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
Computer software proficiency, Microsoft 365
Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
