Job description
We are looking for a Front Desk / Operations Agent to serve as our owners’ first point of contact. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the condominium industry, we’d love to meet you. Currently looking for Full Time 8 hour shifts. Health Care allotment and generous Paid Time Off policy!
Shift
Overnight 11pm-7am-40 hours
Responsibilities
Ensure the property is secure at all times
Ensure that only properly authorized individuals gain access to the property
Be alert and attentive at all times
Require that visitors and contractors adhere to all condo rules
Patrol the property regularly and report observations
Register guests when visiting residents
Receiving packages, registering packages in the system and ensuring they are provided to their proper owner
Patrolling the property
Create comprehensive reports for daily activity, incidents, and maintenance reports while patrolling
Answering resident inquiries regarding maintenance requests
Ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
Basic computer troubleshooting skills (or a willingness to learn)
Remain calm headed in emergency situations
Skills
Work experience as a Condo Front Desk / Operations preferred
Experience with Building Link Software and general access control system software preferred
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledgeable with computers
