You are the person a member or a prospect sees when he or she first walks into the facility.

Job Responsibilities: · Greet all members and guests into the club with a positive and uplifting energy.
· Effective ability to communicate with customers, coworkers and managers.
· Answer all phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department.
· Share information about the club and suggest activities, new food items, and any specials that we are offering.
· Make Juice Bar food items including protein shakes, breakfast items and grab and go snack options.
· Ensure the reception area and juice bar is tidy and presentable.
· Scheduled marquee sign changes
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years old and graduated from high school.
· CPR certified (CPR certification course available)
· Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights/weekends/early mornings.
· Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Able to stand for your shift duration
Available shifts include:
Friday evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday morning: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekday mornings: 4:30 AM – 9:00 AM (flexible)
Evening shifts (with flexibility to cover as needed)
