Responsibilities: Responsibilities and Duties will include, but may not be limited to: • Assisting with check in and check out of patients • Scheduling patients for treatment appointments and follow up as needed • Reviewing and contacting patients regarding patient balances • Collecting patient portion for treatment appointments • Patient treatment presentation • Answer Phones and schedule accordingly Qualifications: Our perfect candidate will be: • a true team player. • able to multitask and LOVES being busy! • interested in growth, development, and advancement in both leadership and finances. • organized. • professional. • upbeat and friendly with excellent communication skills. • extremely comfortable discussing financial arrangements and collecting payments - small and large cases! • 1+ years of dental or medical front office experience • dependable and ready to SHOW UP every day! • able to adapt and pivot when called upon. Experience: • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) Compensation: $16 - $26 hourly

    Responsibilities and Duties will include, but may not be limited to: • Assisting with check in and check out of patients • Scheduling patients for treatment appointments and follow up as needed • Reviewing and contacting patients regarding patient balances • Collecting patient portion for treatment appointments • Patient treatment presentation • Answer Phones and schedule accordingly • Completing specific patient care needs such as coordinating prescription needs, follow up with specialists, and post-treatment questions
