    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to provide exceptional service to our diverse patient population.

    In this role, you will manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate demeanor are vital for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the practice’s scheduling system.
    • Assist Spanish-speaking patients with inquiries, forms, and instructions, ensuring clear communication.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    • Verify patient information, and insurance eligibility, and update records accurately.
    • Collect co-pays, process payments, and issue receipts as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any administrative needs.

    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
    • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in medical office software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
