    We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle front desk responsibilities, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments. • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front desk records. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. • Assist with administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. • Provide general information to clients, employees, and guests. Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
