Responsibilities: • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Qualifications: • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Compensation: 45,000 - 50,000 yearly
