Major Goal(s): To ensure the office is well-organized and managed in an efficient and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate with at least a Medicaid preferred Bachelors degree, with at least two years of office experience.
Must have good working knowledge of general office management.
Must be able to type 50 words per minute.
Must be computer literate.
Key Results Area #1: Administrative
Use proper telephone and office etiquette (timely and professional greetings).
Manage all office correspondence (incoming, outgoing, meeting minutes as assigned, etc.) and all agency clerical duties.
Ensure the consistent availability office supplies
Check US mail as well as electronic mail daily and distribute accordingly.
Schedule meetings as requested by CEO, Administrator and Program Directors.
Perform tasks assigned to ensure efficient and effective departmental and office cohesiveness.
Assist in gathering information for client’s assessment.
Ensure ALL recipient charts are in order and purged as needed/update EHR as needed.
Perform duties as a Human Resource extension.

Conduct a professional attitude with clients.
Help build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
