Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person.
Assist customers with the resolution of queries and actions as required.
Arrange courier pick-ups and distribution of courier deliveries.
Ensure the reception area is maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
You will actively interact with clients and other members of the team to provide awesome customer service
Meeting and greeting customers
Setting appointments and appointment remainders
Assembling and scanning documents
Customer data entry
Printing and assembling customer packets
Tax return progress tracking and follow-up with remote offices
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the account or tax industry
Experience as a receptionist
Foundational tax knowledge
Ability to effectively use technology
Note this is a full-time temporary (January through April) role with the potential to be a permanent role full-time.
If hired, your start date will be the second week of January.
