Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, administrative tasks, managing mail and deliveries, helping to coordinate listings, photography, marketing for Open Houses, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success Qualifications: • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
