Job Summary

Plaza Appliance Mart is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Monroe Rd location! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent the first impression of Plaza Appliance Mart for customers.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This position is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Possible occasional Saturday with compensation.

Responsibilities:

Receive & transfer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

Greet customers with a friendly disposition

Handle service requests

Return customer calls and respond to customer complaints

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Qualifications:

Minimum two years admin experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented

Positive Attitude

Team player who can work independently
