We are looking for someone who is customer service-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Open and close during regular business hours and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage all office administrative activities, including daily mail and package deliveries and shipments, order office supplies, maintain filing system, and other day-to-day office operations.
- Process open sales quotes to orders through invoicing in the internal ERP system.
- Greet and assist on-site visitors and ensure they feel welcome.
- Professionally answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner and ensure quality service
- Process payment for will-call orders and assist with general order support as needed.
- Assist with the collection of funds for both current and past due amounts.
- Work closely with branch management to maintain efficient office operations.
- Develop strong working relationships with the sales and operational teams.
- Liaise with corporate departments to improve the entire customer experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of all products and services and educate customers on additional offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient with computer and internet-based applications and experienced with MS Office Suite.
- ERP experience is a plus.
Eligibility and Compensation
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a background check; and drug screen if required.
- Compensation commensurate with the level of experience.
