Front Desk for Technology-Driven Strength Training Studio/Gym/Personal Trainer
We are thrilled to seek a new team member for our studio family. Someone who thrives in a high-paced environment is always solution-driven and upbeat, loves working and helping people, and has a passion for health and fitness.
We are a Strength Training Studio located outside Fashion Island in Newport Beach. Our unique and proprietary technology helps people reverse muscle loss in only 20 minutes twice a week. We see results daily, and our average client is 55 years old.
The Front Desk person greets and directs clients as they enter the studio, making them feel welcome each time. This position assists clients with inquiries about our strength training program, studio operations, policies, and administrative issues. In sum, the front desk person is the "concierge, ambassador, and traffic controller" of our studio, supporting clients and coaches and keeping our studio welcoming, clean, and organized. We use Mindbody and HubSpot to manage our studio.
Time management, organization, and detail-oriented skills are a must.
Excellent in-person and phone customer service and communication to effectively communicate with clients and coaches.
Excellent writing skills for text and email communication.
Ability to remember clients' names and session times.
Office 365, including Microsoft Teams.
Social Media, Body Physiology, and Nutrition knowledge are a plus.

Hours: 30 to 40 hours weekly
Hourly Salary: $16.00 to $21.00
