Qualifications :
3-4 years of customer service experience
Computer efficiency including speedy typing and phone skills
Available on the weekend and holidays, including flexible availability
Preference is to someone who has experience multi-tasking many high priority responsibilities with a optimistic attitude while providing the best customer service to all our dedicated customers(humans and dogs).
This position requires the ability to adapt to change, to be innovative, and communicate clearly.
You must have the ability to think critically and have great attention to detail.

Job responsibilities:
We will provide resources and hands-on training to prepare you for success. You will be responsible for all while maintaining an upbeat attitude:
Daily computer work with our kennel software Gingr
Personally, resolve customer issues; updating staff as to resolution outcomes
Creating daycare and lodging reservations and scheduling dog assessments
Solving any issues occurring on shift such as (but not limited to) a pet that is out of food, not eating, playgroup behavior concerns, follow up on administering medications in a timely manner and contingency planning handled at time of occurrence
Up-sell a range of our awesome services (training, adventures, grooming)
Answering regular phone calls and emails inquiring about our company
Retaining pet notes and ensuring key information is communicated to Pet Parents appropriately and in a timely manner
Supervising and maintaining order in a large group of loud and active dogs(Yard Shifts Required)
General facility sanitation
Knowing each dog’s placement and escorting dogs to the indoor and outdoor areas
Taking a genuine interest and learning all dog names and personalities
Meal and medication prep
Serve meals and administering medications
Remove dog waste
Maintain a clean work space
