    Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at our thriving clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet customers as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly welcome.

    Rebook appointments and manage client schedules to maximize office flow.

    Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries and appointment scheduling.

    Collect payment information and process transactions accurately.

    Provide 5-star, white glove service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met in a courteous manner.

    Understand and explain lymphatic massages and other treatments to clients as needed.

    Follow protocols and instructions meticulously to maintain clinic standards.

    Maintain great communication with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.

    Conduct client outreach to keep schedules full and foster strong relationships with patients.

    Assist with treatments as required, demonstrating attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

    Available some Saturdays as needed to support clinic operations.

    Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

    Qualifications:

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Strong computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Cheerful disposition and a passion for customer service.

    Strong management skills to oversee office flow and ensure all protocols are adhered to.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional care to clients.

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

    Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Excellent multi-tasking skills
