    Summary:

    As a Front Desk Representative at Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional welcome. Answer inquiries, address guest concerns, and provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.

    Reservation Management: Handle guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy in booking details. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.

    Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process, verify guest identification, and process payments accurately. Provide room keys and assist with luggage when necessary.

    Telephone and Email Correspondence: Manage incoming calls and emails, taking reservations and addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

    Billing and Invoicing: Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain guest accounts. Resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure a seamless payment process.

    Safety and Security: Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property. Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency situations as required.

    Guest Services: Handle special requests and provide additional services such as wake-up calls, arranging transportation, and delivering messages to guests.

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions. Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

    Collaboration: Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure a smooth operation and address guest needs promptly.

    Qualifications:

    1 year experience in a hospitality customer service or front desk role is preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in using reservation and billing software systems.

    Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

    Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

    Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests.

    Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Compensation:

    The compensation for this position typically ranges from $10 to 13 per hours, depending on experience, work hours, and other factors.
