Position Overview
The Front Desk/Sales Lead is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at our gym. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role plays a key part in sales outreach, membership growth, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining an organized and engaging front desk environment.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Duties
Greet and check in members and guests, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere
Answer inquiries about gym operations, policies, and membership options
Process retail and concession sales
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Answer phone calls professionally and courteously
Sales & Membership Growth
Proactively reach out to prospective members via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Conduct gym tours for potential members and educate them on membership benefits
Follow up with leads to convert them into active members
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Social Media & Engagement
Assist in creating and posting content for the gym’s social media platforms
Engage with members online to promote events, specials, and fitness programs
Help generate community interest through social media outreach
Requirements:
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Strong communication skills for both in-person and digital interactions
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus but not required
