    At The Music Tree School in Richmond, VA, we are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Scheduler to join our vibrant team. Weekends and Evenings with an hourly pay of $15/hr, you will be at the heart of our school's operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our students and their families. Your role will involve managing appointments, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. As the Front Desk Scheduler, you will play a key role in shaping the first impression of our school. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will be essential in providing top-notch customer service and maintaining the efficiency of our daily operations. Responsibilities: • Schedule student lessons and manage teacher availability to optimize studio resources • Greet and assist parents and students in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional attitude • Maintain accurate student records and update scheduling software in a timely manner • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries • Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in customer service or receptionist role • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
