Responsibilities: • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company • Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals • Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant • Manage and supervise the floor staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards • Ensure smooth operation of the dining area, bar, and other customer service areas • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of food orders • Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift • Utilize the POS system to process orders and payments • Foster an environment of positivity, learning, and teamwork • Schedule FOH staff accordingly to meet the weekly labor budget and restaurant needs Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Some front of house management experience desired or the demonstrated ability to lead a team of front of house staff Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
