Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repair services for customers. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area. • Process customer payments and handle cash transactions securely. • Collaborate with the team to uphold company standards for customer service excellence. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or a related field. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs) and basic technical skills. • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
