    Job Description

    Rebound Physical Therapy is in search of a Front Desk Admin/Physical Therapy Aide Hybrid to join our team. Under the close supervision of licensed physical therapy staff, this position supports both patient care activities and front office operations. This dual role ensures a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients while assisting in the clinical delivery of therapeutic services.

    Direct Patient Care Support

    • Escort ambulatory patients to and from treatment areas, including assisting those using wheelchairs. Fall-risk patients are managed by licensed staff.

    • Assist physical therapists in planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment sessions.

    • Instruct and observe patients during therapeutic exercises, under clinical supervision, ensuring proper technique and safety.

    • Record treatments provided and equipment used accurately.

    • Fit and position patients on exercise equipment as directed.

    • Safely apply treatment modalities such as:

      • Electrical stimulation

      • Microcurrent stimulation

      • Ultrasound

      • Cold laser

      • Ice and heat packs

    • Assist hand therapists with splint fabrication and hand therapy exercises.

    • Monitor and report patient responses and progress to supervising staff.

    Administrative & Facility Duties

    • Perform clerical duties: welcome and check in patients, answer phones, reporting, scheduling patients, referral tracking, patient account handling, filing, data entry, completing system tasks, collections.

    • Perform clinic opening and closing duties, including securing the building.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces following set schedules.

    • Change and launder linens; ensure treatment areas are stocked and sanitized.

    • Assemble, disassemble, and maintain clinic equipment in good working condition.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

    • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.

    • Physically able to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling.

    • Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus.

    Additional Information

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $17.00- $22.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
